OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy applies to all programs, mentorships, communities, digital products, and services purchased from SM Natural Nutrition Inc. DBA Sherille Marquez Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

DEFINITIONS

"Company" refers to SM Natural Nutrition Inc. DBA Sherille Marquez Coaching.

"Services" refers to all programs, mentorships, communities, digital products, workshops, and any other offerings purchased from the Company.

"You" means the individual purchasing or accessing the Services.

NO REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our Services and the immediate access provided upon registration or purchase, no refunds, credits, transfers, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with the program or content
Personal circumstances or life changes
Failure to participate or engage with the Services
Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend sessions
Change of mind after purchase

If you discontinue participation for any reason, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments for the remainder of your agreed term.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you have elected a payment plan, all installments are due as scheduled regardless of your participation in or satisfaction with the Services. Electing a payment plan does not create a right to cancel or receive a refund. Failure to complete payment plan installments does not release you from your financial obligation.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

For month-to-month membership products such as Phoenix Rising Divorce Club, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle by submitting written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period.

Annual memberships are non-refundable in full. No prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation of an annual membership.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit access to all Services and any deliverables provided in connection with your purchase. The Company reserves the right to present proof of purchase and these terms to your financial institution.
